Q: Who are you?
A: Aaron is a millennial media buff born in the wrong era. George is an academic meme wizard. (For swapcasts, interviews, and VO services, email aaron@wetalkaboutdeadpeople.com)
Q: What is We Talk About Dead People?
A: WTADP is a history podcast for grown up human beings who want to have fun learning stories from our past.
Q: How do you do your research?
A: We pull from internet sources, actual libraries, and weird books we find in antique shops.
Q: What recording equipment do you use?
A: A Rode NT1, a Blue Yeti, Audacity, and love.
Q: How do you choose who to cover on the show?
A: Whim and sometimes by request.
Q: If I make a request, how long will it be until my character appears?
A: Requests are suggestions, not Amazon orders. Patrons have the most pull. Also whimsy. It keeps things spicy.
Q: Where can I listen to the show?
A: Anywhere podcasts are sold, but Spotify and iTunes are the most popular.
Q: Why don't you have a five star review on iTunes?
A: Five stars would mean the normies aren't being challenged enough.
Q: How can I get in contact with you?
A: Become a patron for a few bucks a month and message us. The podcast is free to the public, but private comms are reserved for people with skin in the game.
Q: How long do you plan to keep this up?
A: Until we can no longer talk about dead people.
Q: How can I get a special name on the show?
A: Become a patron, pick your rank, and send us a message or comment on patreon.
Q: What do you do outside of the show?
A: Normal jobs. We walk among you.
Q: How dare you?
A: Divine right of kings.
